CONSENT

to the processing of personal data of individuals who applied through the feedback form

The User, by sending a message through the feedback form on the website http://tpa.legal, accepts the Consent to the processing of statistics data (hereinafter referred to as the Consent). Acceptance of Consent is a message sent through the feedback form on the website. The user gives his consent to the processing of his natural data with its consequences:

1. This Consent is given to the processing of personal data, both without the use of automation tools, and with their use.

2. Consent is given to the processing of the following personal data: Personal data that is not special or biometric: last name, first name, patronymic; contact phone numbers; email addresses.

3. Personal data is not publicly available.

4. The purpose of processing personal data: providing answers to incoming questions; making calls upon callback request; decision on the need and conditions for the provision of legal assistance.

5. The basis for the processing of personal data is: Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

6. During the processing of personal data, the following actions will be performed: collection; record; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (update, change); extraction; usage; blocking; removal; destruction.

7. The processing of personal data may be terminated at the request of the subject of personal data.

8. This consent is valid until it is withdrawn by sending a corresponding notice to the email address tarasov@tpa.legal. In case of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data if there are grounds specified in clauses 2-11, part 1, article 6, part 2, article 10 and part 2, article 11 of Federal Law No. 152- Federal Law "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.
